Los Osos Valley, (the "Valley of the Bears") one of the most beautiful locations in the Central Coast of California and is a birdwatching hot spot. On any given day at our wholesale nursery it is not uncommon to see Red-tailed Hawks, Red Shouldered Hawks, Turkey Vultures, Red-winged Blackbirds, Cliff Swallows, Barn Owls, Great Horned Owls, Mallard Ducks, Hooded Mergansers, American Coots, Great Blue Herons, Great Egrets, Western Bluebirds, Killdeer, Anna's Hummingbirds, and if you're lucky, a nesting pair of Bald Eagles. We also share this land with a wide variety of other wildlife around the nursery,  such as Honey Bees, Bumble Bees, Monarch Butterflies, King Snakes, Gopher Snakes, Blue belly Lizards, Coyotes, Racoons, Opossum, Rabbits, Weasels, and an abundance of other flora and fauna.

We are proud to say that our beautiful nursery is a safe place for many creatures to raise their young and is recognized as a "Certified Wildlife Habitat" with the National Wildlife Federation.
